The Sound stage has improved a lot and the highs are quite good, the sound image blooms out of a dead quiet background. These tubes astonishingly have a very low noise with an excellent resolution & smooth mids.
I have a pair of original Telefunken 802S and I noticed no difference in the tubes, both Zareix & Tele’s have exactly the same structure.
In fact the Zareix tubes are slightly better than the original tele’s.
